What happens to your sign-in, your app, and your videos.

• In the sign-in window, you type your password into your app's own sign-in page, in a browser on our side. It passes through our servers in memory, over encrypted connections, on its way to your app, and is never written down, logged, or kept.
• Or run one command on your own computer. You sign in in your own browser, and only the signed-in session is sent to us. Your password never reaches us.
• The window's browser reaches only the public internet, never our own network. It is new for each sign-in and destroyed after it.

• What we keep is the sign-in your app gives back, the same thing your browser keeps to stay signed in. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key of its own, and that key is encrypted under a master key held only in our servers' secrets.
• It is opened only on the machine that records your app, for the length of one run, and never shown again, to you or to us.
• It lasts as long as your app allows. When it runs out, ScreenRight says so and asks you to sign in again.

• An agent explores your app the way a person would: it reads the page, clicks, and types. Every step is replayed before you see a video.
• Every name a video creates carries a prefix or is written down, and it is removed after every run.

• Nothing is recorded from anyone's screen. A browser on our side takes still pictures of your app, and each video is made from those pictures.
• Pictures and videos are stored privately and shown only through links that expire.

• Accounts are by invite, and everyone on your team can have one. Your team sees your company's projects. No other company can see them, or even tell they exist.
• The ScreenRight team can see every customer's projects, to help you and to fix what goes wrong.

Write to hello@screenright.ai with any question about security. We remove your account, sign-ins, pictures, and videos when you ask.
